Payments can be made by telephone or online with all major credit and debit cards, cheques can be posted if you reside in the UK.

Paypal is our online method for payment; you can sign up for free and use your credit or debit card to send payments. Paypal handles any currency and can be transferred from Pounds Sterling to your countries currency, if purchasing outside UK. Paypal makes shopping a lot easier and safer for you as no credit/debit card details are kept on our databases. Merchant banking is handled by Paypal for added security.

The Champerene range is made up from the highest quality products. To keep the products as fresh as possible your order will be processed and produced within 7 days. All orders will be confirmed when dispatched. When ordering multiple items or residing outside the UK, Champerene will send all orders Recorded post.

When ordering from Champerene we hope you are fully satisfied with our products. Champerene has done its utmost to guarantee excellent quality. In case this product fails to satisfy, or if you want further information, please write to our refunds department, enclosing the product (showing the best before date and batch number) and stating when and where purchased. All returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase.
